Key Responsibilities:

     General Marketing

  • Support the development and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels—built to drive demand, not just awareness.

  • Plan and deliver performance-led digital activity across LinkedIn and Meta, alongside ongoing optimisation of website content and conversion-focused landing pages.

  • Own organic social and content creation end-to-end—bringing the brand to life through bold video, photography and design, with agency support where needed.

  • Drive email marketing strategy across the full funnel—from brand campaigns to automated journeys—focused on engagement, lead nurture and conversion.

  • Leverage data from Salesforce and Jotform to track performance, uncover insights and continuously optimise marketing effectiveness.

  • Partner closely with Sales to generate high-quality leads, improve conversion rates and directly contribute to revenue growth.

  • Support Channel Partner growth by developing compelling marketing assets, enhancing the website experience and evolving the partner portal.

  • Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance—turning data into clear, actionable recommendations that improve ROI.

  • Collaborate with global and local Marketing, Web and Design teams to ensure best-in-class execution and consistency across all touchpoints.

  • Coordinate key marketing initiatives including events, product launches and promotional campaigns that reinforce our premium, iconic positioning.

  • Champion brand consistency—ensuring everything we put into market is unmistakably: bold, confident and built to stand out.

  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, trends and whitespace for growth.

  • Prepare clear, compelling reports and presentations that communicate performance, insights and next steps.

  • Take ownership of ad hoc projects and initiatives that support team priorities and business growth.


Qualifications / Skills:

  • Tertiary Education majoring in Marketing or relevant field

  • 3 - 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in B2B marketing

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g. social media platforms, email marketing, etc)

  • Experience or a solid understanding of LinkedIn and Google Analytics 

  • Understanding of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator

  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills

  • A ‘can do’ positive outlook with a strong team focus

  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

  • Copywriting with strong grammar, punctuation and proofing abilities
