1. Social Media Management (LinkedIn & Other Platforms)

  • Develop, create, and schedule engaging content for LinkedIn (and other relevant platforms if required).

  • Monitor and respond to audience engagement, ensuring timely and professional communication.

  • Track performance metrics (likes, shares, comments, reach) and provide insights to improve engagement.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align social media content with campaigns and company messaging.

2. Website Maintenance & Updates

  • Update website content including company information, services, announcements, and visuals.

  • Ensure content accuracy, brand consistency, and relevance.

  • Coordinate with technical vendors or internal teams for website enhancements, bug fixes, or design updates.

3. Offline Event Support

  • Assist in planning, coordination, and on-site support for offline marketing, business, or networking events.

  • Manage logistics such as invitations, venue arrangements, and materials.

  • Capture event highlights (photos, videos, summaries) for internal and external use.

4. Content & Marketing Collateral

  • Create and maintain marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, email templates, and graphics.

  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and reflects a professional image.

5. Reporting & Analytics

  • Monitor marketing KPIs and track campaign performance.

  • Prepare reports to help management evaluate marketing initiatives and ROI.

  • Suggest improvements based on data and market trends.

6. Ad-Hoc Marketing Support

  • Assist with email campaigns, newsletters, or promotional activities.

  • Research industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.

  • Support any other marketing-related tasks as assigned.
