Job Description & Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content for social media, newsletters, and other owned channels to support brand storytelling.

  • Help maintain content calendars and posting schedules to ensure consistency across platforms.

  • Support the planning and coordination of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple brands.

  • Assist in the setup, monitoring, and optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and programmatic channels.

  • Help track campaign budgets to ensure efficient and effective spend.

  • Contribute to performance tracking by compiling data, summarizing results, and supporting the development of insights and recommendations to improve campaign outcomes.

  • Support the planning and execution of brand events and activations in line with campaign objectives.

  • Assist with coordination of logistics, vendor communications, and on-site arrangements to help ensure smooth delivery.

  • Contribute to post-event reporting by gathering feedback, data, and key learnings.

  • Support research to identify influencers and collaborators aligned with brand values and audience profiles.

  • Assist in coordinating influencer campaigns, including content timelines, posting schedules, and adherence to brand guidelines.

  • Help support partnership activations with external brands and organizations to extend reach and visibility.

  • Adhoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 2 years in digital marketing with a track record of creating successful content strategies.

  • Experience in beauty and/or FMCG industry will be preferred.

  • Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks according to business needs.

  • Ability to report directly to management.

  • Strong creative writing and copywriting skills.

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in using social and online media for marketing.

  • A strong network, including media, social influencers, and industry partners, is an asset.
