Job Description: Marketing Executive (Group Level)


Role Overview

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for the brand positioning and lead generation efforts across the group’s subsidiaries. The primary goal is to develop and execute a unified marketing strategy that highlights the group’s integrated solutions while supporting the unique requirements of each business unit. This role requires a blend of digital marketing, content creation, and B2B sales support.


​Key Responsibilities

1. Group Brand & Strategy Management

  • ​Develop and maintain a cohesive brand identity for the group and ensure consistent messaging across all subsidiary companies.

  • ​Create integrated marketing campaigns that promote the group’s collective capabilities as a "one-stop" solution for clients.

  • ​Coordinate with stakeholders across different subsidiaries to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

2. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • ​Manage and optimize the corporate websites for the group and its subsidiaries, focusing on SEO to improve visibility for industry-specific search terms.

  • ​Execute and monitor paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to drive qualified B2B inquiries.

  • ​Oversee the group’s professional social media presence, sharing project updates, technical insights, and company news.

3. Content Creation & Sales Enablement

  • ​Produce high-quality sales collateral, including technical brochures, company profiles, and presentation decks for tender submissions.

  • ​Develop case studies and project spotlights by documenting on-site activities and warehouse operations through photography and written reports.

  • ​Manage regular email marketing campaigns to keep clients and partners informed of new products, services, and corporate developments.

4. Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • ​Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts within the engineering and distribution sectors.

  • ​Track and report on key marketing metrics, including website traffic, lead conversion rates, and the return on investment (ROI) for marketing spend.

​Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing role, preferably in B2B industry 

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Analytics, SEO/SEM platforms, and CRM software. Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.

  • Attributes: Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities across different business units; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
