Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team to drive brand awareness, manage online campaigns, optimize our digital presence and work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Executive to design and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with REA’s business goal.
Optimize the company website for search engines to improve visibility and organic traffic.
Ideate and craft engaging content (blog posts, articles, videos) and design visuals that align with our brand voice and target audience.
Brainstorm and conceptualize plans to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Data) to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and branding.
Assist in event planning and execution, including webinars, industry events, and product launches.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the real estate industry to craft engaging content.
Support other teams with marketing collateral, presentations, and lead generation activities.
Manage and grow the company’s presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
Submit weekly report of product & marketing performance
Other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the real estate or tech industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing).
Proficiency with Canva is a must. Experience with other software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Figma, etc., is a plus.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suites, email marketing platforms, and HTML will be a plus.
Comfortable being on camera for live streams and video content, including conducting TikTok Live sessions, will be advantageous.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for content creation.
