Description
The Marketing Executive (AI-Driven) supports the planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives for REPs Academy by leveraging Artificial Intelligence tools, data insights, and modern digital platforms to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion performance.
AI capability is a mandatory requirement for this role. The successful candidate is expected to actively apply AI tools in daily marketing execution to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI-Driven Marketing Execution
Execute marketing campaigns using AI-assisted tools for content creation, optimisation, and performance analysis

Apply AI to:
Generate and test multiple content variations
Improve targeting, messaging, and campaign effectiveness
Analyse campaign data and recommend improvements
Keep up to date with emerging AI marketing tools and propose practical applications
2. Digital Marketing Campaigns

Execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across:
Social media platforms
Search (SEO / SEM)
Email marketing
Display and retargeting channels
Monitor campaign performance and optimise for key metrics such as reach, engagement, cost per lead, and conversion rates
3. Content Creation & Management

Create marketing content using AI tools, including:
Short-form videos
Static creatives and captions
Marketing copy, hooks, and calls-to-action
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging standards
Support content distribution across relevant digital platforms
4. Social Media & Community Engagement
Manage and execute social media calendars using AI-assisted scheduling tools
Grow audience engagement and follower base
Support marketing activities related to events, workshops, and programmes
5. Lead Generation & Funnel Support
Support lead generation initiatives for training programmes, events, and partnerships
Assist in optimising marketing funnels using AI and data insights
Work with internal stakeholders to improve lead quality and conversion outcomes
6. Website & Marketing Asset Support
Support basic website content updates and landing page optimisation
Maintain accuracy and relevance of marketing materials
Coordinate with external vendors or developers where required
7. Reporting & Market Monitoring
Track marketing KPIs and prepare basic performance reports
Use AI and analytics tools to derive actionable insights
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends
Job Requirements
Experience
Minimum 1 year of relevant marketing experience, preferably in digital marketing
Experience in education, training, professional services, or recruitment is an advantage
AI Skills (Mandatory)

Demonstrated hands-on use of AI tools in marketing, including:
Generative AI for content creation
AI-assisted design or video tools
AI-powered analytics, automation, or workflow tools

Education
Minimum Diploma in any field
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related disciplines preferred
