Marketing Executive (Retail) | Central | Up to $3.5K + VB

Key Responsibilities

• Support the launch and growth of a leading jewellery and precious metals retail brand in Singapore through effective marketing initiatives.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute ATL marketing campaigns, including print, radio, outdoor, and digital advertising.

• Develop and implement BTL marketing activities such as events, roadshows, partnerships, activations, and customer engagement programmes.

• Manage social media platforms and support content creation for marketing campaigns.

• Coordinate with external agencies, media partners, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution.

• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Develop marketing materials, promotional collateral, and branding initiatives.

• Support store openings, seasonal promotions, and ongoing retail marketing activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably within the retail, jewellery, luxury, or consumer goods industry.

• Proven experience in both ATL and BTL marketing campaigns.

• Good understanding of the Singapore market, consumer behaviour, and retail marketing strategies.

• Proficient in digital marketing and social media management.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.

• Creative, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable with 6 day work week
