Marketing Executive (Retail) – SEO & SEM

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic retail marketing team at Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd as a Marketing Executive (Retail) - SEO & SEM. In this full-time, East Region-based role, you will be responsible for driving the company's digital marketing strategy to promote its retail products and services and attract new customers.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement effective SEO and SEM campaigns to improve the visibility and ranking of the company's retail websites on search engines

2. Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify the most relevant and profitable search terms

3. Optimise website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements to enhance SEO performance

4. Manage and optimise paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads

5. Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement

6. Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure a cohesive and effective digital marketing strategy

7. Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO and SEM trends, best practices, and algorithm changes

What we're looking for

1. At least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO and SEM

2. Proven track record of delivering successful SEO and SEM campaigns that have driven measurable results

3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

4. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices

5. Proficiency in using various SEO and SEM tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools

6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

7. Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
