Marketing Executive
1. Marketing Campaign Planning &
Execution
- Plan and execute B2B and B2C promotional campaigns aligned with quarterly sales objectives, covering both island wide and targeted initiatives.
- Develop campaign mechanics, pricing structures, cost analysis, and ROI projections to ensure commercial effectiveness.
- Coordinate campaign rollouts with Sales and Customer Care to ensure accurate communication and seamless implementation.
- Design and produce marketing collaterals, including consumer price lists and other promotional materials, to support campaign objectives. This also includes visuals on website and social media.
- Prepare trade letters and manage promotional communications, including WhatsApp broadcasts to ECPs and email outreach to chain stores to confirm participation.
- Process promotional incentives and track marketing expenses throughout and after the campaign period.
- For promotions involving gifts-with-purchase (GWP) or consumer vouchers, oversee communications, tracking, and reporting, and coordinate fulfilment with Customer Service.
- Develop supporting social media content and update the company website to enhance campaign visibility.
- Monitor campaign performance and conduct post-campaign analysis, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
2. Product Launch, Marketing Support
& Events
- Support end-to-end product launches, including preparation of trade letters, marketing materials, pricing documentation, profit margin calculations, and competitor pricing analysis.
- Coordinate internal and HQ approvals for artwork and marketing collaterals to ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
- Develop marketing communication materials across digital, print, and in-store channels to support launch objectives.
- Source and manage production of marketing collaterals, including artwork design oversight and vendor coordination.
- Develop branding concepts and positioning strategies when required to support new product introductions.
- Provide customized marketing support to drive successful market adoption of new products.
- Execute trade shows, sports events, and related exhibitions in collaboration with Professional Affairs and external vendors to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
3. Visual Installation & Vendor
Management
- Manage the full lifecycle of visual installation projects, including approvals, site measurement coordination, artwork development, printing, and installation scheduling.
- Liaise with vendors to ensure quality control, timely production, and on-site execution.
- Track related marketing expenses and manage invoice processing to ensure proper documentation and budget control.
4. Digital Marketing & Brand
Management
- Develop, design, and manage content across multiple channels, including the company website, social media platforms, brochures, and in-store marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with campaign objectives.
- Oversee influencer collaborations and PR initiatives, including liaising with agencies and influencers, coordinating deliverables, and tracking campaign outcomes.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments to identify opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads and Meta Ads) when required, including setup, budget allocation, performance monitoring, and optimization.
5. Business Analysis & Commercial

- Analyze sales and promotional data to identify trends and improvement areas.
