Marketing Executive

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Marketing Role

• Work with the direct report to conceptualise and develop marketing collaterals such as electronic direct mailer (EDM), advertisements, flyers, posters through in-house production and/or external production via designers / agencies.


• Ensure all marketing collaterals are within WEG brand guidelines.


• Administer WEG’s Social Media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, etc.


• Manage and enhance WEG webpage.


• Assist superior to research, analyse and evaluate marketing activity, including competitor analysis, student profiling and identification of potential new enrolments.


• Assist superior to evaluate the effectiveness of the marketing channels and source for cost-effective marketing platforms.

Admission Role

• Manage and coordinate the centres' enrollment inquiries from all channels and work with centres to convert them into enrollments.


• Initiate regular follow-up on prospective parents via email, telephone, social media, and in person.


• Liaise and build positive relationships with various stakeholders and prospective parents.


• Facilitate foreign student admission.

Job Specifications

• Diploma in Visual Communication, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, or equivalent.


• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.


• Experience in the early childhood industry will be an added advantage.


• Possess in-depth knowledge and understanding of the various social media platforms.


• A hands-on and result-oriented person


• Proficient in MS Office, video editing software, and web design tools.


• Strong Communication Skills


• Good Team Player
