Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop, manage, and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.
Assist in identifying and developing strategic partnerships with relevant parties to maximize sales opportunities.
Maintain and nurture relationships with current partners while exploring possibilities for collaborations with new partners.
Contribute to forecasting, measuring, and reporting project results in collaboration with partners.
Work closely with internal departments and external agencies to contribute to the conceptualization and execution of marketing campaigns.
Assist in managing allocated marketing budgets for different campaigns, ensuring adherence to approved budgets and timelines.
Engage with media outlets and bloggers to enhance brand coverage and relationships.
Participate in day-to-day social media strategies and activities.
Contribute to measuring and reporting the performance of marketing campaigns against established goals.
Support the analysis and assessment of the overall customer experience.
Collaborate closely with the E-Commerce team to bolster online sales efforts and maximize revenue.
Handle any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
Proficiency in marketing principles and practices.
Effective project management and time management skills.
Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
Strong team player capable of working independently when needed.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of handling pressure effectively.
