The Senior Marketing Executive is a key contributor to our marketing team, responsible for supporting and executing various marketing initiatives aimed at promoting the Company's branding

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop, manage, and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.


• Assist in identifying and developing strategic partnerships with relevant parties to maximize sales opportunities.


• Maintain and nurture relationships with current partners while exploring possibilities for collaborations with new partners.


• Contribute to forecasting, measuring, and reporting project results in collaboration with partners.


• Work closely with internal departments and external agencies to contribute to the conceptualization and execution of marketing campaigns.


• Assist in managing allocated marketing budgets for different campaigns, ensuring adherence to approved budgets and timelines.


• Engage with media outlets and bloggers to enhance brand coverage and relationships.


• Participate in day-to-day social media strategies and activities.


• Contribute to measuring and reporting the performance of marketing campaigns against established goals.


• Support the analysis and assessment of the overall customer experience.


• Collaborate closely with the E-Commerce team to bolster online sales efforts and maximize revenue.


• Handle any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.


• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.


• Proficiency in marketing principles and practices.


• Effective project management and time management skills.


• Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented approach to tasks.


• Strong team player capable of working independently when needed.


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of handling pressure effectively.
