Marketing Executive / Senior Marketing Executive

Introduction:

Lau Wang Claypot is a local F&B company with 9 outlets across Singapore. As we continue to grow, we are looking for committed, passionate, and reliable individuals to join our expanding team and be part of our brand’s journey.

Job Responsibilities:

· Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns to promote the brand, menu items, and seasonal promotions.

· Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and work with appointed agency to create engaging content, including graphics, photos, and videos.

· Oversee and collaborate with designers to create marketing collaterals from concept to completion.

· Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and optimize strategies for better engagement and conversion.

· Conduct market research on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitors to refine marketing strategies.

· Assist in planning and executing collaborations, and promotional activities.

· Work closely with appointed vendor to maintain loyalty program.

· Develop marketing materials, including posters, menus, and digital ads.

· Maintain and update the company website and digital listings such as food delivery platforms.

· Support public relations efforts, including media outreach and press releases.

· Any other related marketing duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

· 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or retail.

· Strong understanding of social media trends and digital marketing strategies.

· Experience in content creation, copywriting, and graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).

· Knowledge of food delivery platforms (GrabFood, Foodpanda, Deliveroo) and their marketing tools is an advantage.

· Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

· Basic conversational Chinese to communicate with stakeholders when needed.
