We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Executive to lead top-of-funnel growth initiatives, execute high-impact campaigns, and build sustainable demand pipelines across multiple channels.
This role spans outbound outreach, performance marketing, creative production, SEO, and lead nurturing. Ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, thinks commercially, and executes with speed and precision, without waiting for step-by-step instructions.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
🚀 Growth & Lead Generation
Build prospect lists from multiple sources: databases, tools, and manual research.
Plan, write, test, and optimize cold & warm outreach sequences across various segments.
Personalize messaging and continuously improve campaign performance.
Own the full lifecycle from prospecting to lead qualification, nurturing early-stage leads toward sales readiness.
📣 Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution
Propose and execute full-funnel ad strategies across paid media platforms (excluding LinkedIn).
Run and optimize campaigns for performance metrics such as CPC, CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS.
Implement and improve on-page and off-page SEO efforts to increase inbound visibility.
🎨 Creative & Content Production
Independently create visuals, marketing decks, landing pages, and social media content.
Produce basic video content or edits as needed for ads, socials, or case studies.
Maintain an organized library of marketing assets and documentation.
🤝 Lead Nurturing & Operational Support
Manage early-stage client communications and handovers to sales when leads are ready.
Provide light support on operational logistics for marketing-related tasks (e.g., campaigns, shoots, activations).
Keep CRM and campaign data clean, up to date, and properly documented.

3–5 years of experience in marketing, growth, or lead generation roles.
Proven track record of managing outreach and paid campaigns with measurable results.
Strong copywriting skills and a sharp eye for detail in communications.
Confident in using digital tools and workflows to streamline marketing execution.
Able to create your own visuals and decks without relying on a designer.
Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and how to drive inbound traffic.
Self-directed, commercially-minded, and able to propose ideas, not just take instructions.
