Overview:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive (Social Media) to manage, grow, and engage our online community across multiple platforms. The role involves planning, creating, and executing effective social media campaigns to strengthen brand presence, increase engagement, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
• Manage day-to-day operations of company’s social media channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Create engaging and high-quality content (visuals, videos, captions, stories, reels, etc.).
• Monitor social media trends, competitors, and audience preferences to optimize content.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance (reach, engagement, conversions).
• Respond to messages, comments, and enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, sales, product) and external partners (influencers, agencies) to enhance campaigns.
• Assist in digital advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
• Support overall marketing initiatives including events, product launches, and promotions.
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing and digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, major social media platforms, website and analytics tools
• Experience in paid advertising experience (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager etc).
• Creative mindset with ability to produce eye-catching content.
• Good copywriting and communication skills.
• Experience in influencer marketing and community management.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design/video editing tools (e.g. Canva, Photoshop, CapCut etc) is an advantage.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
