Description
Digital Strategy & Campaign Management
Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels
Define target audiences, campaign goals, and KPIs with internal stakeholders
Execute SEO strategies (keyword research, on-page optimisation, basic technical audits)
Manage SEM campaigns (Google Ads, Display, YouTube) to achieve ROI targets
Track and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools
Prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations
Stay updated on digital marketing trends
Create or support design of campaign visuals and marketing assets
Content Development & Copywriting
Develop content for websites, social media, newsletters, and marketing materials
Work with internal teams to produce clear and accurate content
Write SEO-friendly copy to improve visibility and engagement
Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and regulatory requirements
Website Management & Optimisation
Maintain and update website content regularly
Manage SEO to improve website performance
Track website performance using Google Analytics
Identify improvements to enhance user experience
Who Are We Looking For:
Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field
2–3 years of experience in digital marketing
Experience in healthcare industry is a plus
Good knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO/SEM tools
Basic understanding of website analytics, keyword research, and link-building
Good communication and teamwork skills
Able to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
Experience supporting marketing events, roadshows, or exhibitions
