Description

Digital Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Plan, implement, and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media channels.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define target audiences, campaign objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.

  • Conduct keyword research, on-page optimisation, and technical SEO audits.

  • Manage SEM campaigns (Google Ads, Display, YouTube Ads) to achieve ROI targets.

  • Track, measure and analyse the performance of social media and digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools.

  • Prepare monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations to optimise campaigns.

  • Stay updated on the latest online marketing and social media trends to ensure strategies remain current and effective.

 

Content Development & Copywriting

  • Create engaging, accurate, and brand-aligned content for various platforms including websites, blogs, newsletters, social media, and marketing materials.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (specialists or clinical teams) to produce educational and informative content tailored to both professional and consumer audiences.

  • Write SEO-optimised copy that improves search rankings, drives traffic, and builds credibility.

  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and ensure all communications meet corporate and regulatory standards.

 

Website Management & Optimisation

  • Oversee daily website operations, ensuring all content is accurate and updated.

  • Work closely with web developers or vendors to implement design enhancements, landing pages, and new site functionalities.

  • Manage SEO strategies (technical, on-page, and off-page) to increase organic reach and performance.

  • Track, analyse, and report on website performance using Google Analytics or similar tools to assess user experience and identify opportunities for improvement.

 

Who Are We Looking For:

  • Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications or related discipline

  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in digital marketing.

  • Experience in healthcare industry is an advantage.

  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other SEO/SEM tools.

  • Understanding of website analytics, keyword research, and link-building strategies.

  • Analytical mindset with a focus on performance optimisation.

  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines

  • Experience in supporting and coordinating marketing events, roadshows, and exhibitions
