We're looking for a Marketing Executive to drive our online presence across social platforms. This is a hands-on, social-first role focused on creating, publishing, and managing content that reflects our brand, products, and community.
Key Responsibilities
Social-First Content Creation
Create and publish short-form content
Shoot basic photo and video content in-store and during activations
Write captions and copy aligned with brand voice
Stay on top of trends, sounds, and formats and adapt them to the brand
Platform Management
Manage day-to-day posting schedules across social platforms
Monitor comments, DMs, and community interactions
Maintain a consistent visual and tonal identity
Community & Culture
Engage with followers, creators, and customers authentically
Support influencer seeding, creator collaborations, and UGC
Help build a strong community around photography
Campaign & Launch Support
Support product drops, collaborations, and campaigns through social
Assist with planning content calendars and launch timelines
Capture behind-the-scenes content during events and releases
Performance & Optimisation
Track basic metrics
Identify what content performs and iterate quickly
Contribute ideas to improve reach and relevance
Requirements
Strong interest in social media, content, and internet culture
Comfortable being behind (and occasionally in front of) the camera
Good eye for visuals, pacing, and storytelling
Organised, proactive, and able to move fast
Nice to Have
Experience creating short-form content for brands or personal accounts
Basic editing skills (Photoshop, illustrator, premiere pro)
