A) Role and Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities (Core Focus)
Social Media, Content Creation & Digital Marketing
Plan, create, publish and analyse social media content, primarily image- and copy-based posts, across relevant platforms
Develop and manage social media content calendars and campaign ideas aligned with marketing objectives
Create and manage visual assets for social media and digital channels, including images, infographics and basic motion content
Plan, create and edit video content for use across multiple marketing channels
(e.g. website, product presentations, events, exhibitions, social media and internal communications)Develop visual assets for product catalogues, brochures and other digital marketing materials
Develop and manage internal and external newsletters (EDM)
Update and optimise website content, including basic SEO considerations
Track and report performance of social and digital content, and propose insights and improvements
Ensure all marketing content adheres to corporate brand guidelines and visual identity
Secondary Responsibilities (Support Role)
Support marketing events, exhibitions, seminars and campaigns when required
Coordinate with vendors for production of marketing materials (e.g. printing and basic sourcing)
Support APAC website content updates in coordination with HQ and regional teams
Support execution of digital advertising and media activities
Support budget tracking and administrative tasks within the marketing team
Other reasonable duties related to marketing content and digital activities as assigned by the Marketing Manager or HOD
B) Job Requirements, Functions and Qualifications
Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design or other related fields
Hands-on experience in social media content creation and digital marketing
Experience with visual and content creation tools, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Experience in video creation and basic video editing is highly preferred
Familiarity with EDM or marketing automation tools (e.g. Pardot or similar platforms) is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office applications
At least 3–5 years of relevant working experience in marketing, digital content or related roles
Creative, proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Portfolio or examples of social media, design or video work will be an advantage.
