Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing & Content Creation
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across the web, social media, email, and other online platforms.
Create compelling marketing content—including graphics, banners, landing pages, and promotional materials.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data insights (CTR, engagement, conversions, etc.).
2. Web Design & Website Management
Design, update, and maintain company websites using platforms such as WordPress, Wix, or Shopify.
Ensure website UX/UI follows best practices and delivers a seamless user experience.
Optimize websites for SEO, speed, mobile responsiveness, and usability.
Collaborate with developers or vendors on larger web enhancements.
3. Social Media Management
Plan, create, schedule, and publish social media content across channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
Grow audience engagement through creative strategies, storytelling, and interactive posts.
Track performance using analytics tools and generate insights for improvement.
Manage social media advertising campaigns (boosted posts, paid ads).
4. Branding & Communications
Ensure consistent brand identity across all online and offline touchpoints.
Assist in developing marketing collaterals such as brochures, presentations, newsletters, and videos.
Support internal and external communication efforts to strengthen brand visibility.
5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
Conduct market trend analysis and study competitor strategies.
Provide recommendations to improve brand positioning and campaign effectiveness.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education & Experience
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Web Design, Digital Media, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in marketing, with hands-on web design and social media expertise.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in web design tools: WordPress / Wix / Shopify / HTML & CSS (basic).
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or Canva.
Experience with social media management tools: Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
Understanding SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and digital advertising.
Soft Skills
Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Team player with a proactive work attitude.
Preferred Skills (Optional)
Basic photography/videography skills.
Experience in email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot).
Knowledge of UI/UX principles.
Ability to run paid ads on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
