Marketing Executive (with EA/Admin Support)

About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with strong expertise in digital campaigns, content creation, and performance marketing—someone who can leverage AI tools (video, graphics, copywriting, automation) to deliver high-impact results.

In addition to marketing, you will provide light executive assistant and admin/HR support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations for the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing (Core)

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Create engaging digital content using AI-powered video and graphics tools (e.g., Runway, MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, Canva AI, D-ID, Synthesia, etc.).

• Use AI assistants (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, etc.) to enhance marketing copy, ad creatives, and workflow automation.

• Manage SEO/SEM, paid campaigns, remarketing, and email marketing.

• Track and optimize campaigns using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).

• Coordinate with vendors, designers, and other stakeholders for marketing initiatives.

• Stay ahead of trends in AI marketing, automation, and digital channels to implement cutting-edge tactics.

Executive Assistant / Admin (Secondary)

• Assist management with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination.

• Provide light HR support: job postings, interview scheduling, Payroll and CPF, and onboarding coordination.

• Maintain company records, documentation, and correspondence.

• Support preparation of presentations, proposals, and business reports.

• Handle ad-hoc tasks to support smooth company operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, Computer Science or related field (preferred but not mandatory if skills are proven).

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house).

• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (AI video generators, AI image/graphic design, AI copywriting).

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO tools).

• Proficiency in analytics/reporting (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).

• Excellent communication and writing skills.

• Organized, resourceful, and able to manage multiple campaigns/projects simultaneously.

• Bonus: Familiarity with CRM/email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
