Description
Job Responsibilities:
Market in-mall advertising and event spaces, and assist with casual leasing administrative duties.
Support the Marcom team in the planning and executing of marketing campaigns and events to drive mall footfall and sales, including community and engagement events.
Formulate marketing strategies and implement campaigns and events to drive higher traffic and increase tenant sales, including post campaigns review.
Liaise with tenants to encourage participation in mall campaigns, including maintaining accurate tenant contact lists and databases.
Liaising and managing vendors, contractors, agencies, etc. to ensure successful launch of campaigns and events or marketing collaterals.
Manage and update the mall website, directories, and other collaterals.
Coordinate operational logistics for activities such as filming, flyer distribution, and inventory management.
Work closely with Leasing department in the leasing of concourse space, pushcart, and advertisement space.
Develop presence in social media platforms and integrate marketing events or promotion online.
Makes recommendations on best practices within chain.
Proactively monitor campaign ROIs, derive actionable insights and take prompt actions to conduct A/B testing and optimize marketing performance.
Requirements:
Diploma/ Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or relevant field.
Min 2 years of experience in similar position, preferably with experience in retail environment.
Strong marketing, communications and brand management skills, with proven interest in marketing-related fields.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work within tight timelines, resourceful and systematic in resolving problems.
Clear communicator and presenter with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
