Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies aligned with the brand's objectives to drive awareness and generate leads.


• Conceptualise, plan, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.


• Shoot and edit videos for both corporate communications and social media platforms - such as Reels, TikToks, and other trending formats.


• Produce long-form video content for corporate storytelling, product showcases, and promotional purposes.


• Manage and grow our social media presence, ensuring consistent brand messaging across platforms.


• Oversee the execution of digital advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and drive traffic.


• Plan and execute both online and offline promotional events and campaigns.


• Liaise with external agencies, partners, and vendors to coordinate and optimize campaign efforts.


• Work closely with the graphic designers to develop visually appealing marketing materials.


• Conduct market research, gather feedback, and perform competitive analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights.


• Assist in the gating and compilation of research reports, including quarterly bulletins and related materials


• Assist the Marketing Manager with various marketing tasks to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.


• Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and Canva.


• Proficiency in using video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or equivalent).


• Self-motivated, driven, and possess excellent communication skills.
