Description
- Execute programs including SEO, SEM, social media campaigns, email marketing, webinars and events, partner activities and marketing automation.
- Assist in brand development initiatives, customer enquiries and all marketing related activities.
- Develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plans with team (for both offline and online marketing events for customers).
- Coordinate and assist in all company events, roadshows and marketing campaigns.
- In-charge of stock take, packing of customers' orders and inventory management (for online platforms orders).
- Support Marketing Director and Marketing Team on administrative and general logistics arrangement.
- Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, social media campaigns and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions.
Requirements
- Diploma with at least 5 years working experiences ideally in retail or F&B industries.
- Proficient in design software like Canva (basic).
- Proficient in Power Point (ppt.) presentation.
- Must be able to commence work in short notice.
