Marketing Executive
Zen Beauty
Description
We’re not just in the beauty business — we’re in the business of building desire, influence, and revenue.
As a fast-growing beauty brand, we’re looking for two driven individuals to join our team — one focused on lead generation, and one focused on product marketing & merchandising.
If you think like a marketer but execute like an operator, we want you.
Position #1: Lead Generation Executive
Fill the pipeline with qualified leads and confirmed bookings — consistently — through paid campaigns, influencer partnerships, and strategic collaborations.
What You'll Do
Campaign Execution
Plan and run lead generation campaigns across DM funnels, WhatsApp, and landing pages
Test new offers, angles, and formats — scale what works, cut what doesn't
Manage the full campaign lifecycle from concept to conversion
Influencer & Partnership Management
Source, outreach, and onboard influencers, KOLs, and brand ambassadors
Negotiate collaborations with a clear performance-first lens
Build and maintain a roster of active creators aligned to brand and audience fit
Performance & Optimisation
Own key metrics: cost per lead (CPL), lead quality, and conversion to sales
Report on campaign performance with clear, actionable recommendations
Continuously test new creators, audiences, and campaign variables to improve results
What We're Looking For
Proven track record in lead generation, influencer marketing, or performance marketing
Solid grasp of funnels — knows where leads drop off and how to fix it
Comfortable with numbers and not afraid to make calls based on data
Self-starter who moves fast and follows through
Strong communicator — can negotiate, build relationships, and get things done
Position #2: Product & Merchandising Executive
Own the full product lifecycle — from sourcing and testing to launch and fulfilment — ensuring the right products reach the right channels at the right time, while staying commercially sharp on positioning and presentation.
What You'll Do
Product Development & Sourcing
Research and identify new product opportunities across all categories
Source, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships
Coordinate product sampling, testing, and quality assessment
Maintain product documentation — specs, formulations, certifications, and compliance records
Merchandising & Campaigns
Plan and execute product campaigns, launches, and bundles
Develop compelling marketing angles — problem-to-solution storytelling, before-and-after transformations
Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual direction across all touchpoints
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align product campaigns with revenue goals
Logistics & Channel Coordination
Manage inventory planning and coordinate fulfilment for both online and offline channels
Liaise with suppliers, 3PLs, and internal teams to ensure smooth product flow
Track stock levels, lead times, and replenishment cycles
Coordinate product readiness for retail, ecommerce, and clinic channels
Creator & UGC Coordination
Work with influencers and creators for product seeding, reviews, and user-generated content
Ensure products are prepped and dispatched accurately for collaborations and campaigns
What We're Looking For
Strong organisational skills with an eye for both detail and the bigger commercial picture
Experience in beauty, wellness, DTC, or retail product management preferred
Comfortable managing multiple workstreams — from supplier coordination to campaign execution
Understands what drives sell-through, not just sell-in
Strong communicator who can coordinate across creative, ops, and sales teams
What You'll Get
A front-row seat in a fast-growing beauty brand where your work directly shapes revenue, visibility, and growth — not just fills a checklist.
Competitive salary and benefits that reflect what you bring to the table.
Real ownership over your campaigns — the freedom to test, build, and back your ideas without layers of approval slowing you down.
A team that moves fast, thinks creatively, and actually cares about the work.
