1. Conducting calls to prospective clients via digital channels (email, social media, etc.)


2. Engaging leads and converting them into loyal customers


3. Promoting products/services, explaining benefits, and answering client queries


4. Track and manage leads and assign them to respective branches


5. Helping the company grow its digital presence and generate leads/ appointments for Sales person

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)


• Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is a plus


• Proficiency in digital tools and social media platforms


• A self-starter with a passion for driving results
