Responsibility:
· Strategic Ecosystem Development: Identify and prioritize high-value ecosystems, including app marketplaces, SaaS platforms, communities, and integration hubs, where our ideal customers are active.
· Marketplace & Platform Optimization: Launch and refine our presence on key marketplaces like Salesforce AppExchange, HubSpot, AWS Marketplace, and Shopify. Drive messaging, positioning, and performance to maximize conversions.
· Partnership & Integration Strategy: Cultivate strategic alliances with complementary SaaS providers, develop co-marketing and co-selling initiatives, and negotiate integration opportunities to expand our reach.
· Community & Organic Growth: Engage relevant communities and influencers, fostering organic discovery and product adoption in high-intent environments.
· Data-Driven Optimization: Set clear KPIs, track performance, and continuously optimize ecosystem initiatives to ensure measurable ROI and growth impact.
What Success Looks Like:
· Consistent, scalable user growth from ecosystem channels
· High-performing marketplace listings with strong conversion metrics
· Strategic integrations that drive product adoption
· Transparent attribution models demonstrating ROI
Who You Are:
· 4-8+ years in SaaS growth, partnerships, ecosystem, or marketplace roles
· Experienced with PLG or self-serve SaaS products
· Demonstrated success in driving user acquisition via partnerships or marketplaces
· Data-savvy with strong analytical skills
· Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset
· Comfortable building initiatives from scratch and navigating cross-functional teams
