Job Purpose:
To plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across paid search and social media platforms to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and manage performance-based Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing.
Plan and manage paid social media advertising on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROI and conversion rates.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and ad copywriting to support campaign success.
Track budgets, manage bidding strategies, and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
Use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Data Studio to report on KPIs and campaign effectiveness.
Stay current with digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates to ensure best practices.
Requirements:
Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience in SEM (Google Ads) and social media advertising.
Proficient in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and keyword research platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Creative thinker with attention to detail and a strong understanding of user behavior.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Performance Indicators (Expected Outcome):
Launch at least 2 Google or social media campaigns with support every month.
Achieve a minimum of 5% CTR or reduce CPC below campaign average.
Achieve engagement rate for Meta 7% (on unique reach) and Linkedin (on impression)
Target to generate 50 leads for EV training and 30 leads for Vehicle Sales
Attend weekly digital performance meetings and present findings.
