Skills
1. Energetic with outgoing and pleasant personality to motivate and inspire people to adapt and excel to deliver the Company vision

5.Social media savvy and kept up to date with brand activations and engagements
PR
1. Sample and Press room management
2. Press or KOLs clippings
3. Packing of samples for loan requests and dissemination to TH and MY
4. Arrange media or KOLs seeding sendouts. Booking in and out of the Marketing Gifting Samples
Marketing
1. Event/ Activation Support and liaison with vendors for store activations
2. Support marketing requests from partners or imagery and GWP requests
3. Research and assist to compile all the potential retail events ideas/ options. Competitor Analysis Decks
Admin
1. Adaptation of vouchers and voucher letters for various activities
2. Co-ordination for any activations and engagements
3. Arrangement of any courier requirements for customer/ partner/ press gifting
4. Reminders to WHS Partners on submission for various marketing requirements
Others
1. Collation of upcoming assets required for Christmas push across all markets
2. Briefing in of the assets to portal
3. PR Clippings for AG
4. EDM and SMS Brief Text
5. Contact vendors/ suppliers for quotations
6. Templates for EDM/ SMS text
7. SOPs for various processes
8. Sample booking in and management
9. Competitor analysis deck
10. Marketing Weekly Updates for activation
