The main purpose of the position is to support the marketing aspect of JOURNEY so that the wider public will know and buy from the brand.
Job Description
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content to increase audience reach and engagement.
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email and digital advertising.
- Assist in website and 3rd party e-commerce management, including updating product listing, and optimizing customers’ shopping experience to drive sales.
- Collect qualitative and quantitative data from various marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analysis on industry trends and competitors.
- Plan and execute various events and pop-up sales.
- Support the team in ad-hoc tasks.
