Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Filming
· Assist in planning and filming content for TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.
· Work with team to storyboard and shoot engaging product videos and behind-the-scenes stories
· Coordinate with influencers and manage user-generated content when needed
Copywriting & Social Media Management
· Draft social media captions, product descriptions, emails, and campaign headlines
· Schedule and post across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, EDM)
· Monitor engagement and trends to optimize content
Marketing Calendar Planning
· Help build and maintain a monthly content calendar
· Align campaigns with key festive events, product launches, and sales initiatives
· Collaborate with internal departments for promo planning
Design & Editing
· Assist in editing videos and designing simple visuals using Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools
· Maintain branding consistency across all platforms
· Resize and adapt creatives for different channels (IG Story vs. FB Ad etc.)
E-Commerce Management & Sales Optimization
· Upload and maintain listings on platforms like Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, etc.
· Track campaign performance, product views, and conversion rates
· Suggest ways to optimize listings and improve customer experience
