We are adding to our team of passionate foodies and tech enthusiasts who are looking to digitize the F&B industry. Momos is building the Shopify for Restaurants; we help restaurants harness all of their data across food delivery, social, and discovery channels, and allow them to maximize their business and grow. We are modernizing the entire approach to Food and Beverage, and are helping restaurants embrace the digital change.

The Role


The Momos team is looking for someone to join our team with a focus on driving our Marketing Organization. You will be responsible for organic growth of Momos platform to large enterprise groups through best Marketing practices. You will be responsible for developing brand awareness, increased customer engagement, creating and executing integrated global marketing campaigns. We are looking for someone that feels comfortable in any situation, is capable of building strong relationships based on trust and integrity and can easily describe new technology. We are looking for self motivated individuals from all backgrounds, who are prepared to take on the challenges and opportunities that come from working in a fast paced, early stage startup.


Responsibilities



  • Develop marketing strategies for the organization, own marketing influenced revenue goals and drive awareness of Momos as a brand.

  • Lead a global team of marketers and develop product marketing strategies to retain and engage Momos customers.

  • Build and lead a team of marketers responsible for a data driven approach to identify and create target customer segments, strategic narratives, to influence product roadmaps.

  • Responsible for demand generation, ABM, Go-to-market, product marketing, thought leadership campaigns, partnerships and brand building through digital, content, partner, media and analyst relations.

  • Work with cross functional team leaders - Product Management , Engineering, Business Operations and Sales to identify customer’s needs and articulate messages accordingly.

  • Set up a team of content creation for demand generation - ideation, creation, design, distribution and performance metrics eventually.

  • Enable Momos to gain a competitive advantage and drive business results.


Ideal Background



  • Experience with Guaranteed Qualified leads/year via inbound marketing strategies in an F&B Environment.

  • Has worked on Brand Development and positioning, digital & content marketing, product marketing, ATL & BTL, go-to-market strategies.

  • Experience in building the Marketing strategy organization ground up.

  • Has been responsible for sales enablement, PR, employee communications, analyst relations, business strategy support, market intelligence, consumer research & insights.

  • Has conceptualized and managed complex events, vendor management, customer relationship management and partnerships & alliances in the past.

  • Worked across search, display ads, SEO, web analytics and social media strategies.
