Our client is seeking a talented Marketing Lead to join their team in Singapore. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow your skills in a collaborative and dynamic environment, leading and executing overseas marketing strategies for a trading card marketplace.

【 Responsibilities 】
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies targeting global users
- Manage paid acquisition channels (Meta, Google, X, TikTok, etc.)
- Drive community growth across Web3 and collectibles audiences
- Optimise funnel metrics, including CPA, conversion, and retention
- Work closely with the product and leadership teams to shape the go-to-market strategy
- Build and strengthen brand positioning

【 Requirement & Preferences 】

(Must)
- At least 3 years of digital marketing experience
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and analytics
- Experience managing paid campaigns with measurable ROI
- Comfortable working in a startup environment
- Based in Singapore, with willingness to attend the office as required

(Advantageous)
- Experience in the blockchain, Web3, or NFT industry
- Interest in trading cards or collectibles
- Exposure to or experience in international marketing
