Job Description
* Marketing Manager (Part-time with Flexible working hours)
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to support a Financial Advisor in managing and growing her personal brand across social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and more.
* Job Type:
- Freelance / Part-time with Flexible working hours
- Salary: Negotiable (based on experience & deliverables)
- Location: Remote (able to WFH)and Singapore-based preferred
* Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and schedule weekly posts and reels (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Handle video and photo editing (shortform content, talking head videos, transitions, text overlays, etc.)
Develop and execute social media strategies (advertisements, etc) to improve engagement, visibility, and lead generation
Track content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics
Work with a quick turnaround when needed (e.g. edit same-day video/photo content)
* Requirements:
Proven experience in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent)
Strong grasp of Instagram and TikTok trends, formats, and algorithms
Experience in content planning and social media growth strategies (advertisements, etc)
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and respond quickly to new briefs
* Nice to Have:
Experience in financial services or working with personal brands
Ability to brainstorm and pitch creative content ideas aligned with brand tone
