The Role

As Marketing Manager / Assistant Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of the AVATR brand's marketing and communications strategy in Singapore as the official dealer under the Premium Automobiles Group. You will lead the charge in building awareness, driving desire, and converting interest into strong brand affinity and vehicle sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all marketing operations and brand development initiatives for AVATR in Singapore.

• Plan and implement 360° marketing campaigns (offline, online, tactical), including seasonal promotions and digital launches.

• Manage and integrate the full marketing mix: ATL (Above the Line), BTL (Below the Line), media planning & buying, CRM, corporate sales initiatives, events, and digital.

• Evaluate and secure brand sponsorships, strategic tie-ups, and purchase programs (e.g. lucky draw cars or contest giveaways).

• Develop collaborations and partnerships with businesses and organisations to enhance reach, grow lead base, and increase showroom traffic.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, agencies, vendors, and media for seamless execution and post-sale brand loyalty.

• Align with internal teams and brand principal(s) to ensure brand goals and standards are consistently upheld.

• Create and manage marketing collaterals (e.g., brochures, technical specifications, show materials) while optimizing budgets for maximum ROI.

• Safeguard and ensure adherence to AVATR brand CI (Corporate Identity) and visual guidelines across all platforms and communications.

• Carry out any other marketing duties or special projects as assigned in line with the evolving needs of the brand and dealership.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in marketing, preferably in the automotive, luxury, or FMCG industries.

• A 'roll-up-your-sleeves' mentality—someone who thrives in execution as much as strategy.

• Ability to work independently with initiative, yet highly collaborative and communicative with internal and external stakeholders.

• Strong project management and organisational skills, with a knack for juggling multiple priorities.

• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and CRM tools is advantageous.

• Fluency in spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin) is preferred to liaise with brand principals and regional counterparts.

• An appreciation for the luxury segment, with sensitivity toward premium branding and customer experience.
