1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
Identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities within the beauty industry.
Plan product launches and seasonal campaigns.
2. Brand Management
Maintain and strengthen brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Manage brand partnerships and collaborations.
3. Campaign Management
Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, retail, and events.
Coordinate product launches and promotional activities.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies.
4. Digital & Social Media Marketing
Manage brand presence on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and e-commerce marketplaces.
Work with influencers, creators, and beauty KOLs.
Oversee paid ads, SEO, and content marketing initiatives.
5. Product Marketing
Collaborate with product development teams on new product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
Develop product storytelling and marketing materials.
6. Market & Consumer Insights
Analyze market data, sales performance, and customer insights.
Track industry trends in skincare, cosmetics, and beauty technology.
7. Budget & Performance Management
Manage marketing budgets and allocate spending effectively.
Track KPIs such as ROI, CAC, engagement, and sales growth.
8. Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Manage marketing executives, agencies, and freelancers.
Work with sales, retail, and product teams.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Typically 5–8 years of marketing experience, preferably in:
Beauty
Cosmetics
Skincare
Fluent in Multi-languages
Strong attention to details
Must have passion and self motivation to work
