Description
We are seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Manager to lead a dynamic team and strengthen the market presence of our consumer portfolio. The role requires a strategic thinker who can deliver impactful, omni-channel campaigns and build strong brand visibility across multiple platforms.
Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across retail, trade, digital, CRM, e-commerce, events and Public Relations.
Manage and optimize advertising & promotions (A&P) budgets to maximize ROI and meet business objectives.
Lead campaign planning, execution and performance review to ensure effectiveness and sustainability.
Collaborate with brand stakeholders and partners to conceptualize and execute innovative activations.
Use CRM, social media, and SEM insights to recruit, engage and retain target audiences.
Oversee creative development for content, digital ads and promotional assets across channels.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
Build and maintain relationships with vendors, agencies and external collaborators.
Prepare reports, insights, and presentations to support management decisions.
Lead, mentor and develop a marketing team to deliver consistent results.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of marketing management experience; background in consumer, retail, or agency environments preferred.
Demonstrated success in running impactful, integrated campaigns.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
Analytical, creative, resourceful, and detail-oriented with strong business acumen.
Excellent communication, project management and multitasking abilities.
Adaptable, proactive, and a collaborative team player.
