As a Marketing Manager - Conversion and Loyalty you will be crafting and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive both in-store and online conversions, transforming browsers into loyal customers. In your role, you will be crafting and implementing strategies to boost sales growth through enhanced conversion and loyalty programs.

Your new job includes
- plan and execute integrated in-store and online marketing campaigns, including promotions, discounts, and events, to drive footfall, engagement, and sales.
- analyse sales data, customer behaviour, and campaign effectiveness using KPIs to identify opportunities for conversion and revenue growth.
- drive visual merchandising strategies in collaboration with local operations teams to create engaging store environments that encourage impulse purchases.
- develop and deliver the digital commerce strategy, including roadmap planning, sales growth initiatives, user experience enhancement, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- identify and drive loyalty program opportunities, manage end-to-end budget tracking, and ensure optimal ROI aligned with business objectives.
What you should bring along
- a Degree in Business, Marketing or Management with a minimum of at least eight years of experience in retail marketing, with a proven track record of driving sales conversions.
- at least three years of experience managing a team with strong ability to lead and mentor a diverse team.
- has experience with content management systems, website platforms and general analytical tools such as SAP, PowerBI and Microsoft Excel.
- strong negotiation, communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills with the proven ability to sustain long-term relationships.
- excellent financial acumen, analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- a creative and innovative mindset, complemented by the capability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
