About the role
Join Maxius Trading Pte. Ltd.' as a Marketing Manager (FnB/Retail) and take on a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategy and driving business growth for our diverse range of food and beverage as well as retail products. Based in our Tai Seng North-East Region office, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver engaging campaigns that connect our brands with target consumers.
What you'll be doing
Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to raise brand awareness and drive customer acquisition and loyalty
Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, from planning and content creation to execution and performance tracking
Analyse market trends, consumer insights and campaign data to identify opportunities and optimise marketing initiative.
Collaborate with the sales, product and creative teams to ensure seamless brand messaging and positioning
Monitor and report on marketing KPIs, using data-driven insights to inform future strategies
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to enhance the company's marketing capabilities
Develop multi-channel marketing strategies, define target audiences, set KPIs, and create go-to-market plans.
Lead execution of campaigns across digital (SEO, SEM, Social, Email) and offline channels (events, print).
Manage, train, and motivate internal marketing teams or external agencies
Oversee marketing budgets, track performance, analyze data, and report ROI to leadership.
Work with Sales, Product, and Senior Management to align marketing with overall business goals.
Conduct research on trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities.
Oversee advertising, content, and brand initiatives.
Manage product launches and promotional events.
Develop pricing strategies with sales teams.
Ensure brand consistency and customer engagement.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns in the food and beverage or retail industries
Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, market trends and digital marketing best practices
Excellent project management and campaign coordination skills, with the ability to multitask and deliver within tight timelines
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in using analytics tools to measure and optimise campaign performance
Effective communication and collaboration skills, able to work cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders
Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
