Key Responsibilities:
- Develop omni-sales channels in Singapore including supermarkets, malls/atrium sales, transport hubs, and community locations.
- Develop B2B partnerships with organisations such as schools, childcare centres, insurance companies, offices, nursing homes, and tuition centres.
- Lead branding and re-branding initiatives to strengthen HOMIE’s market positioning.
- Support international market expansion in regions such as Mainland China and Southeast Asia.Develop and implement a franchise framework for HOMIE retail operations.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, including social media, e-commerce platforms, websites, and retail support
- Oversee content planning and creation to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
- Analyse marketing performance metrics and prepare reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners where required
Job Requirements :
- Relevant work experience in marketing, retail marketing, brand management, or omni-channel sales is preferred.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Customer-oriented and responsible work attitude
- Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Physically able to stand for extended periods during working hours
- Prior retail or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory
- Willingness to learn and adapt to operational needs
