About the Role
The Marketing Manager will lead the overall marketing strategy and execution for Midea Singapore, managing a team to drive brand awareness, product demand, and retail performance. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance strategic planning with strong execution, including roadshows, events, and integrated campaigns.
Office Hours: Mon-Fri, 830am-6pm
Office Location: New Tech Park, Lorong Chuan
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Leadership
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business and sales objectives
Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to ensure effective execution of initiatives
Set clear KPIs and monitor team performance
2. Campaigns & Brand Building
Oversee planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social media, advertising, and offline channels)
Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistency across all touchpoints
3. Events, Roadshows & Promotions
Plan, organize, and oversee roadshows, exhibitions, and in-store promotional events
Drive event strategy to increase customer engagement and sales conversion
Manage end-to-end execution including vendor coordination, logistics, and on-site performance
4. Digital & Content Management
Oversee creation of marketing content, artwork, and communication materials
Ensure high-quality execution across websites, social media, and e-commerce platforms
Guide the team on creative direction and brand storytelling
5. Product & Trade Marketing
Work closely with product managers to translate product features into strong marketing messages
Support product launches, pricing promotions, and retail campaigns
Collaborate with sales teams to drive sell-through performance
6. Budget & Performance Management
Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI
Track, analyse, and report campaign performance with actionable insights
Present regular performance reports to senior management
7. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and regional teams
Manage relationships with external agencies, contractors, and vendors
Oversee showroom displays, endcap setups, and renovation-related marketing projects
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
3–5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2–3 years in a team leadership capacity
Strong experience in consumer electronics / home appliances / retail marketing industry
Proven track record in managing campaigns, events, and roadshows
Strong leadership and team management skills
Hands-on, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Competent in spoken and written English and Chinese, due to frequent liaison with native Chinese speakers in China HQ.

Experience working in regional or multinational companies
Experience in retail/channel marketing
