MadeToBloom is 12 months old and already a seven-figure brand. We make natural, halal-certified haircare and bodycare products that actually work. Our Anti Hair Loss Ginger Shampoo is how most people find us. They stay because the results are real. Customers send us before-and-after photos without being asked. We’re in TANGS, on Shopee, on TikTok Shop, and on our own Shopify store.

We need a Marketing Manager who can help us double our revenue in the next 12 months. Not by running the same playbook harder, but by building the content and brand engine this company doesn’t have yet.

What You’ll Actually Do

You own how the world sees MadeToBloom, and whether that turns into revenue. You’ll lead a small marketing team: a social media executive, a performance marketer, and support from an external performance marketing partner. The direction and the standard? That’s on you.

We think our biggest growth lever right now is content. UGC, social media, storytelling that makes people feel something. That’s your primary mandate. But you’re also responsible for the rest of the marketing function, so here’s the full picture.

YOUR PRIMARY FOCUS

Content, UGC & Social Media

This is where the biggest opportunity is. Build our content engine: the strategy, the cadence, the creative direction. What stories are we telling? What does our feed look like? How do we turn real customer results into content that brings in new customers? Work with the social media executive to get it out the door, but the vision and the bar come from you.

Brand & Product Launches

You’re the guardian of how MadeToBloom looks, sounds, and feels. Packaging, product pages, social captions, all of it. When we launch a new product, you own the journey from concept to go-to-market to revenue outcome. You care about the font on the label as much as the conversion rate on the listing.

Influencer & Community

Build our influencer network. Shortlist based on engagement data and brand fit, not follower count. Create briefs that inspire great content. Track performance so every collaboration earns its budget. Over time, build a real community around the brand.

YOU’LL ALSO OWN

Channel Marketing (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop)

Most of our sales come through these platforms, so how you market on them matters. Listing descriptions that convert. Promotions that drive revenue without killing margin. A cross-channel strategy where your Shopee campaign isn’t cannibalising your Instagram launch. Think of these as marketing channels, not backends to manage.

Events & Offline Presence

Roadshows, pop-ups, retail partnerships. We’re already in TANGS. You lead the strategy and you’re on the ground for execution. Floor plans, booth design, manpower, promotional mechanics.

Paid Marketing (Oversight)

There’s a performance marketer on the team and an external partner handling the technical side of Meta, Google, and TikTok campaigns. Your role here is creative direction and strategy: making sure the ads actually look like MadeToBloom, the spend makes sense, and performance data informs what you create next. We also use AI-powered marketing tools that are becoming a core part of how we operate. If that excites you rather than worries you, we’ll get along.

What We’re Looking For

3–6 years in marketing, ideally in FMCG, DTC, or e-commerce. Strong instinct for content: what works, what doesn’t, and why. You’ve managed marketplace channels. Launched products. Know how to brief a designer, direct a shoot, read a dashboard.

The traits matter as much as the resume. Someone who takes ownership without being asked. Comes with solutions, not forwarded problems. Can zoom out to see the brand story and zoom in to fix a listing description. Thinks beautiful work and work that sells are the same thing.

Experience in beauty, wellness, or skincare is a bonus. But honestly, we’d rather hire someone smart and hungry from a different industry than someone who’s done this exact job before and is just looking for a comfortable repeat.

Compensation

Competitive base salary plus a quarterly performance bonus tied to revenue and growth milestones. We want someone who backs themselves to deliver, and we’ll make sure that’s rewarded.

What This Role Is Not

This is not a big-company marketing role where you manage agencies and sit in meetings. If you need a team of 10 before you can move, or if the strategy deck is your deliverable, this isn’t for you. The work here is: build it, ship it, measure it, make it better.

You won’t be alone, though. You’ll lead a team, you’ll have operational support that most brands our size don’t have, and you report directly to the founders. Simple expectation: you own the marketing outcomes. You’re measured by them.
