Overview:
The Marketing Manager is a hybrid role that combines strategic planning, partnership development, and brand management for both local and international markets. You will oversee marketing efforts across multiple brands and channels, each with distinct goals, while serving as a subject matter expert in SEO and ASO practices.

As the leader of the Singapore marketing team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, reporting directly to the Managing Directors, to drive marketing excellence locally and spearhead the development of new markets. This role is ideal for an experienced, self-motivated, results-driven, and innovative marketer.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy & Execution

    • Develop and implement marketing and branding strategies that drive business growth and brand equity.

    • Lead the design and execution of regional marketing plans to support the company’s expansion into international markets.

  2. Partnerships & Franchise Management

    • Cultivate and manage partnerships to enhance brand visibility and collaboration opportunities.

    • Set up and manage overseas franchise owners to ensure successful regional expansion for PlayMade and Playground brands.

  3. Digital Marketing

    • Oversee the performance of digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other ad networks.

    • Analyse marketing and product data to derive actionable insights, optimize campaigns, and drive ROI.

  4. Creative Development

    • Create and oversee the production of marketing materials, including photoshoots and visuals, for in-store displays, social media, and email campaigns (EDMs).

    • Craft compelling brand communication strategies, including copywriting and storytelling for each brand.

  5. Public Relations & CRM

    • Manage Public Relations activities, including media requests, influencer partnerships, and hosting events.

    • Launch and drive new CRM programs/apps to enhance customer engagement.

  6. Product Development

    • Collaborate with the R&D team to conceptualize and launch new seasonal flavours based on customer preferences and market insights.

    • Lead end-to-end planning and coordination of marketing campaigns for product launches.

  7. Team Collaboration

    • Work closely with channel owners (e.g., operations, paid marketing, social media, CRM, and product teams) to align on effective strategies.

    • Collect and analyse customer feedback to continuously improve marketing efforts and business growth.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 5–8 years in a similar role within the F&B or FMCG industry, with a proven track record of managing multiple brands and delivering results.

  • Digital Expertise: Proficiency in digital marketing across online and offline channels; knowledge of SEO and ASO practices.

  • Team Leadership: Strong team management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.

  • Skills:

    • Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities.

    • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and testing concepts (knowledge of SQL is a plus).

    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

    • High learning agility and a positive attitude, with the ability to embrace challenges and uncharted territory.
