Job Description
Responsibilities:
· Coordinate feedback to Management to capture the market opportunities in Singapore and Malaysia. Providing leadership in market analysis and development/ execution of strategies and action plans to drive product sales.
· Review business and marketing plans to achieve overall business objectives and profitability for Singapore and Malaysia marketing team.
· Built and support marketing activities through implementing trade / consumer promotions that resulted in sales revenue and improving brand visibility
· Handle all marketing, public relation, communication and branding related activities for Singapore and Malaysia.
· Create and coordinate media kits for events including new products launching, road shows, store openings etc.
· Monitor and analysis sales promotion results to determine cost effectiveness of promotion campaigns.
· Manage and updates digital advertisement and social media example Facebook, Instagram, website etc.
· Conceptualize, develop and executive creative and strategic plans for advertising and promotional material to attract attention of customer.
· Identify new opportunities to strategize sound branding and build market perception.
· Able to analyse the consumer trends and competitors’ strategy through social media, events, exhibitions, roadshows etc.
· Serve as the digital expert in all stages of brand communications planning and campaign development utilising a range of techniques/tools/advertising models including paid search, SEO and PPC.
· Craft effective local content best suited for each social media platform, not limiting to visual design and copy, and may include campaign activations.
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree. Professional Degree, Marketing or equivalent.
· At least 5-7 year(s) of working experience in fashion/ sporting goods/ retail marketing/ branding or in the related field is required for this position.
· Good command in English for both speaking and writing.
· Meticulous, committed with good time management.
· Strong initiative and management skills.
· High interpersonal skills and good communications skills.
· Great analytical thinking and also presentation skill.
· Creative and innovative.
· Independent and able to work under minimum supervision.
· preferably Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
