We are a leading dermatology clinic seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and drive our brand and marketing initiatives. Working closely with medical and business stakeholders, you will shape and execute marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence, build patient trust and support business growth.

As Marketing Manager, you will translate this vision into cohesive campaigns, compelling content and clear brand narratives that communicate our expertise, advanced technologies and proprietary skincare solutions.

You will oversee content direction, campaign execution and performance optimisation across digital platforms, ensuring all marketing efforts align with our brand values, regulatory standards and business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and business growth for Angeline Yong Dermatology, E-Commerce and Medispa.

  • Develop, plan and oversee marketing campaigns and digital initiatives across online and offline platforms to support business objectives.

  • Manage and oversee social media strategy and performance, including content direction, publishing calendars, community engagement and analytics.

  • Guide the creation and curation of high-quality content for social media platforms, websites, landing pages and e-commerce channels to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness.

  • Oversee video content strategy, including concept development, production coordination and post-production review for digital and social media campaigns.

  • Manage the development and adaptation of marketing collaterals such as social media assets, EDMs, posters and digital creatives, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies, vendors and partners to execute marketing initiatives and partnerships effectively.

  • Monitor, analyse and report on marketing performance metrics, social media insights and campaign results to optimise strategies and ROI.

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis and trend monitoring to identify opportunities and inform strategic planning.

  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platform updates and emerging tools to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.

  • Manage marketing budgets, timelines and resources for campaigns and projects.

  • Provide leadership, guidance and operational oversight for marketing activities and ad-hoc initiatives as required.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Design or a related field.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, aesthetics, lifestyle or e-commerce industries.

  • Proficient in design and content tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or equivalent platforms.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), digital marketing strategies and performance analytics.

  • Strategic, creative and results-driven, with the ability to translate ideas into effective campaigns.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience managing vendors, agencies or junior team members is an advantage.
