Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and execute trade marketing strategy, campaigns, and events to reach consumers, enable sales growth while ensuring the alignment with the brand positioning.

  • Facilitate weekly trade planning meeting involving key stakeholders to drive trade excellence.

  • Lead the development and keep improving retail signage, in-store merchandising and e-commerce touch points, ensuring impact and reflecting our brand equity to drive purchasing intent.

  • Analyse, identify and regularly review promotional and campaign opportunities, ensure key insights are summarized for various stakeholders, and foster innovation to consistently improve for the future.

  • Keep ahead of analysis of the marketplace (competition, shopper research, market analysis, best practices), target consumer, social and digital tools to proactively transform them into actionable ideas, initiatives, and campaigns to drive business success/growth.

  • Drive growth in own brand portfolio by providing marketing leadership for trade marketing cadence, campaigns and in-store display excellence, whilst collaborating with OB team.

  • Custodian of the digital marketing strategy where you will develop, manage, and execute initiatives to increase brand equity and maximize commercial opportunities, all while keeping brand consistency. Key channels include but are not limited to social media (e.g, Meta, TikTok, Telegram), influencers/KOLs, content publishers and online Public Relations, YouTube, paid digital advertising, SEO, Google Adwords, email marketing and digital own asset management.

  • Manage digital marketing budget as part of the wider marketing budget to ensure cross-media efficiency in delivering marketing and business goals.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in the E-Commerce eco-system by providing marketing leadership to drive O2O sales and marketing success, whilst keeping brand consistency.

  • Collaborate with strategic business partners to optimize marketing initiatives/campaigns, ultimately driving footfall and sales.

  • Be the brand advocate through promoting and educating the internal audience on marketing initiatives, campaigns, digital initiatives etc.

  • Develop and mentor the Marketing team.

  • Manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously and deliver results.

  • Undertake any other responsibilities or tasks as assigned to ensure the success of the business.


About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • Min. 8 years of proven experience in Marketing/Brand Management, Digital Marketing and CRM management experience in retail or FMCG related industry.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed marketing decisions.

  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience in managing and motivating a team.

  • Proficient in marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and social media management.
