We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing professional from Pharma or Medical Device industry to lead portfolio growth, brand campaigns, and product optimization across Asia.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the core product portfolio and identify product opportunities
• Lead Asia brand and product campaigns across digital and offline channels
• Drive portfolio optimization together with global and country marketing teams
• Support new product launches and regional marketing strategy
• Develop and execute full-cycle marketing campaigns (planning, briefing, rollout)
• Analyze campaign performance and track KPIs for continuous improvement
• Conduct market research to identify customer trends and insights
• Develop marketing materials including brochures, promotional and retail assets
• Develop social media and content strategy to strengthen brand awareness

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
• Minimum 8 years marketing experience
• Strong Product Marketing background in Pharma or Medical Device industry
• Experience managing product portfolio, SKUs and product optimization
• Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing metrics / reporting
• Experience with digital marketing channels (search, social, display)
• Experience working with regional or global marketing teams
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and marketing analytics tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
