What you will do:


We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Manager for Southeast Asia & Pacific (SEA & Pacific) with a strong track record in B2B demand generation, ideally within the industrial, building technologies, or HVAC sectors. This role is pivotal in driving B2B demand generation, marketing campaign planning & executions, and sales pipeline growth, ensuring alignment with regional business objectives.  The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrates strategic thinking, and collaborates seamlessly with cross-functional teams.


How you will do it:


Demand Generation & Campaign Leadership



  • Lead the design and implementation of localized demand generation strategies in partnership with sales, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue targets.


  • Develop and oversee creation of compelling, multi-format campaign assets—video, whitepapers, solution briefs, articles, ads—working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Project teams to power the entire lead lifecycle from ideation to activation.


  • Optimize channel mix—including digital (web, social media, PPC), events, and offline touchpoints—to maximize target audience reach, engagement, and conversion throughout the funnel.



Customer Engagement & Sales Enablement



  • Strategize, plan, and deliver impactful regional events and webinars that build brand equity, generate qualified leads, and strengthen key customer relationships.


  • Partner with sales to tailor messaging and deliver high-impact marketing collateral—case studies, toolkits, solution decks—equipping teams for success across diverse customer segments.



Performance Tracking & ROI



  • In-depth understanding of the lead journey from capture to order, with hands-on experience managing marketing automation campaigns through Pardot and integrating with Salesforce (SFDC) for lead management and reporting.


  • Measure, track, and analyze campaign performance using critical KPIs such as MQLs, Oppty, Pipeline contribution, Lead conversion rates, and marketing ROI.


  • Deliver concise, data-driven performance reports with actionable insights, highlighting key wins, lessons learned, and recommendations to guide future marketing investments.

What we look for:



  • Minimum 8 years’ proven experience in B2B marketing, with a demonstrated record of driving demand and pipeline acceleration; industrial, building technology, or HVAC sector experience is a plus.


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.


  • Proactive, self-motivated, and passionate about learning and delivering marketing excellence.


  • Track record of thriving in high-performance cultures; strong influencing skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.


  • Excellent command of written and spoken English; high standard of professional communication.
