Role Summary


We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Marketing & E-Commerce Manager to lead the growth and execution of our brands across digital platforms. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end marketing strategies, e-commerce performance, content direction, brand positioning, community growth, and campaign execution across multiple brands.


The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical — someone who understands branding, content, customer psychology, and performance marketing, while also being highly hands-on in execution. You should be experienced in managing teams, driving revenue growth, scaling e-commerce platforms, and building strong brand presence across social media and digital channels.


Responsibilities 



  • Manage overall brand presence across social media and e-commerce platforms.


  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth.


  • Plan and oversee monthly content calendars, campaigns, and product launches.


  • Lead content direction and ensure all creatives align with brand identity and marketing goals.


  • Manage and optimise e-commerce platforms including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify.


  • Monitor sales performance, platform campaigns, ROAS, and key marketing metrics.


  • Work closely with content creators, designers, videographers, and paid ads team to execute campaigns effectively.


  • Research, negotiate, and manage influencers, affiliates, and brand collaborations.


  • Oversee community engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and other social platforms.


  • Manage and mentor marketing executives and junior team members.


  • Prepare monthly marketing and performance reports with actionable insights.


  • Assist in planning and executing events, activations, and brand campaigns.



Requirements & Experience 



  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, or brand management.


  • Strong understanding of Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Meta Ads, and Google marketing.


  • Experience managing social media platforms and content strategies.


  • Strong leadership and project management skills.


  • Good understanding of branding, consumer behaviour, and digital marketing trends.


  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and organisational skills.


  • Proficient in Canva and content creation tools.


  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple brands/projects.


  • Experience in FMCG or supplement industry is a plus.
