Marketing Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies for our food & beverage brand. The role involves driving brand awareness, increasing customer engagement, and boosting sales through both online and offline channels.

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the restaurant/brand


• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events (seasonal menus, festive campaigns, collaborations)


• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and create engaging content


• Oversee digital marketing efforts including ads, SEO, and email campaigns


• Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitors in the F&B industry


• Work closely with operations team to align marketing with menu launches and in-store promotions


• Manage branding, visual identity, and ensure consistency across all channels


• Collaborate with influencers, partners, and media for brand exposure


• Monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI


• Manage marketing budget effectively

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field


• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in F&B or hospitality


• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media trends


• Creative mindset with strong communication and storytelling skills


• Experience in campaign planning and execution


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe) is a plus

• Experience with restaurant marketing or multi-outlet brands


• Familiarity with food delivery platforms (GrabFood, Foodpanda) marketing tools


• Basic photography or content creation skills


• Data-driven and analytical thinking
